- What’s the best way to store my products?
To extend shelf life, store products in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
Avoid letting soap bars sit in water. Since they are not detergent-based, they will dissolve faster when left in water.
Keep products free of contamination by using dry hands or spoons/scoops.
- What’s the shelf life of my products?
Your products arrive fresh from our warehouse. We produce in small batches and rotate our stock every month, so you can enjoy the product for its entire lifespan. The approximate shelf life for our products is 12-18 months.
- How long will my products last?
Face moisturizers, toners, and serums used 2x daily: 2-3 months
Face masks: small: 3-5 masks large: 12-17 masks
Shower masks: small: 6-10 masks large: 24-34
Fizzers: single use
Bonbons and bath melts: 2-4 uses
Lotions and scrubs: dependent on body size and frequency of use.
All orders ship directly from our headquarters in Sebastopol, California, where we formulate and manufacture our products. We take a hands-on approach with every step of the process. Not only are our products filled with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, but also with our love, passion, and joy.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. Shipping times vary based on location. Most orders arrive within 1-7 business days.
You may choose between UPS or USPS shipping at checkout. Please note: PO boxes must select USPS.

- Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer FREE Standard Shipping on all US orders of $60 or more (excluding taxes). No promotion code needed.
Orders totaling less than $60 ship via Standard Shipping.
- Shipping to Canada
We now offer shipping to Canada, however the customer is responsible for any applicable customs/taxes/duties.
- Do you offer Second Day shipping?
Orders placed by 11 am PST will be processed and shipped the same or next day, depending on product availability.
Most orders shipped via Second Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the ship date.
Orders destined to PO boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO locations are not eligible for Second Day Service.
- Do you offer Overnight Service shipping?
Overnight orders placed by 11 am PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the ship date.
Orders destined for PO Boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO locations are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.
- Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses?
Most items may be shipped to a PO Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via USPS and Priority shipping methods (Overnight or Second Day service) are not available.
- Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States.
- How do I track my package?
As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- What’s your return policy?
By purchasing Sumbody products, you are supporting a small, independently owned business. In an effort to keep our costs low and our quality high, we do not accept returns.
That said, we want you to have what you love and love what you have! Take advantage of our try-before-you-buy offering. For a flat rate of $10, we will send you 10 sample products of your choosing from the list below:

- How do I know which products are right for me?

- What should I do if my package arrives damaged or missing items?
If you receive a package with broken, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will happily replace them.
- My package is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Please contact the carrier as soon as possible if you believe your package is missing or lost. You will need to file a claim with the carrier for missing packages marked as delivered. - What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
- Is Sumbody gluten-free, vegan, and do any of your products contain nuts?
We do our best to source materials that can provide a gluten-free certification. However, for customers with gluten sensitivities, we cannot guarantee that the raw materials and ingredients we use are 100% gluten free.
We offer a number of vegan products. Some of our products do contain beeswax, honey, bee pollen, yogurt, and/or goat and cow milk. Please look in the main menu for the Vegan category for all vegan products.
We use nut oils in many of our products. We do our best to never cross-contaminate a nut-free product. That said, there are nut oils in our manufacturing facility. Consult your physician before using any products that are not manufactured in a nut-free environment.
- Do you carry any products with SPF?
We believe in responsible sun exposure and proper protection. We do not currently carry any products with SPF.
- Are all the Sumbody products certified organic?
We use organic ingredients whenever possible. And while all of our products are non-toxic, not every ingredient is not 100% certified organic. Many natural, non-toxic ingredients cannot be certified organic. Click here to learn more.
